1. When I’m feeling sad or run down after a long day of talking about sexual violence at work, one of the things I like to do is play a simple online game.  I’ve found that the games that work best for me are ones that are slow-paced and have soothing music.  These help me focus on something other than the stories and feelings that are left over in my head from the work day, and I am able to relax and re-center myself before taking on tasks in my personal life.
