
Our goal is to create an atmosphere of healing and support. Posted content will be positive and will never require a trauma warning. We intend this to reach those who work with folks impacted by the trauma of sexual violence in any way.
Self-care is important all year round, but winter blues in particular are a rabbit hole easy to fall into/not at all easy to climb out of. That’s why we asked the amazing @pollyrichardsillustration to give us some of the best tips for self-care in the format of these adorable illustrations—great for mental health, but also a sight for sore eyeballs!
